                 Karl Lagerfeld ชื่อเดิม Karl Otto Lagerfeldt เกิดเมื่อ 10 ตุลาคม 1933 ที่ฮัมบูร์ก เยอรมัน เป็นแฟชั่นดีไซเนอร์ ศิลปินและช่างภาพ ชาวเยอรมัน เริ่มต้นอาชีพที่ปารีส ฝรั่งเศส เขาชอบที่จะสร้างสรรค์ผลงานแฟชั่นที่หลากหลายกับงานศิลปะที่เขาสนใจ ผลงานที่โดดเด่นคือการได้เป็น Head designer และ Creative director ของห้องเสื้อ Chanel คาล์ลมีห้องเสื้อสไตล์อิตาเลี่ยนเป็นของตัวเองในนาม Fendi

วัยเด็ก

คาล์ลเกิดในปี 1938 เป็นบุตรของ Elisabeth ผู้เป็นมารดากับพ่อชาวสวีเดน Otto Lagerfeldt เขายืนกรานว่าไม่มีใครรู้วันเกิดที่แท้จริงของเขา ยืนยันคำสัมภาษณ์ใน French television กุมภาพันธ์ 2009

เขากล่าวว่าเขาน่าจะเกิดในราวปี 1933-1938 พี่สาวของเขา Martha Christiane เกิดในปี 1931 คาล์ลยังมีพี่สาวซึ่งเกิดจากภรรยาคนแรกของพ่อนาม Thea ชื่อแรกของเขาคือ Lagerfeldt แต่ได้ตัดตัว t ออกไปด้วยเหตุที่ชื่อจะดูเป็นจุดขายได้ง่ายกว่า

                คาล์ลโตในครอบครัวนักธุรกิจที่มั่งคั่งในฮัมบูร์ก ที่ทำธุรกิจผลิตนมข้นหวานในเยอรมัน แม่ของเขาเป็นชาวเบอร์ลิน  อ้างอิงจาก Alicia Drake แม่ของเขา Elisabeth Bahlmann เป็นเซลล์ขายชุดชั้นใน ในเบอร์ลิน พ่อและแม่ของคาล์ลแต่งงานกันในปี 1930

เริ่มต้นอาชีพที่ Balmain และ Patou

คอลเลคชั่น Spring 1960 กระโปรงของคาล์ลนั้นสั้นที่สุดในปารีส และได้การตอบรับที่ไม่ดี Carrie Donovan พูดว่า “มันดูเป็นเสื้อผ้าสำหรับคนหมู่มาก เป็นเสื้อผ้าสำเร็จรูปที่ไม่ใช่เสื้อผ้าชั้นสูง” คอลเลคชั่นในปลายปี 1960 ของคาล์ลนั้น โดยเฉพาะหมวกผ้าซาตินเล็กๆ รูปทรงเหมือนแพนเค้กกลมๆ ที่คลุมมาถึงโหนกแก้ม ซึ่งถูกขนานนามว่า หมวกคลุมหน้า คอลเลคชั่นนี้ของคาล์ลได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี แต่มันไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ใหม่แต่อย่างใด เขากล่าวว่า “ที่นั้นผมรู้สึกเบื่อหน่าย ผมพยายามจะออกจากวงการและไปเข้าโรงเรียน แต่นั้นมันไม่เข้าท่า ดังนั้นผมจึงใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่บนชายหาดนานกว่า 2 ปี ผมคิดว่านั้นเป็นการศึกษาชีวิต”

นักออกแบบอิสระ (1962–1982)

หลังจากผันตัวเองมากเป็นดีไซเนอร์อิสระ ทำงานให้กับแบรนด์ Mario Valentino, Repetto และธุรกิจซุปเปอร์มาเกตอย่าง Monoprix และดูแลกิจการในครอบครัว เขาได้ตั้งร้านเล็กๆในปารีส ในเวลานั้นเขาได้รับเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับ Madame Zereakian ซึ่งเป็นนักดูดวงชาวอัลมาเนียนของ Christian Dior เธอกล่าวว่า คาล์ลจะประสบความสำเร็จกับเสื้อผ้าและน้ำหอม

Tiziani จัดการยืมเพชร Catherine the Great จาก  Harry Winston และเปิดร้านทำผม ฉลองกัน 3 วัน 3 คืน อ้างอิงจากปี 1969 คาล์ลเป็นนักออกแบบที่นี้จนถึงปี 1969

Elizabeth Taylor ชอบแบรนด์นี้มาก  เธอสวมใส่มันในเดือนสิงหาคมปี 1966  Gna LolloibriDoris Duke and Principessa Borghesegida พวกเขายังเป็นลูกค้าของแบรนด์นี้ ด้วยในขณะที่คาล์ลยังเป็นดีไซเนอร์อยู่ ภายหลังตำแหน่งนี้ของเขาถูกแทนที่ด้วย Guy Douvier ในปี 1969

ในปี 2002 คาล์ลร่วมมือกับ Renzo Rosso ผู้ก่อตั้งแบรนด์ Diesel ออกแบบกางเกงยีนส์คอลเลคชั่นพิเศษสำหรับแกลลอรี่ของเขา  คอลเลคชั่นที่มีชื่อของ Lagerfeld Gallery by Diesel ออกแบบโดยคาล์ลและทีมออกแบบของ Diesel ภายให้การดูแลของ Renzo Rosso มีอยู่ 5 แบบได้ถูกนำเสนอในงาน Paris Fashion Week และขายกันแบบ Limited edition ในคาล์ลแกลลอรี่ ที่ปารีสและโมนาโก และที่ Diesel แกลลอรี่ที่ นิวยอร์คและโตเกียว โดยถูกจองหมดไปกว่า 90% ตั้งแต่สัปดาห์แรกที่เปิดขายในนิวยอร์ค โดยราคาเริ่มตั้งแต่ $240 ถึง $1,840 ในระหว่างการโชว์ที่ ปารีส Rosso กล่าวว่าเขาภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่มีโอกาสได้ร่วมงานกับ Fashion icon คนนี้ คาล์ลได้นำเสนอความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ร่วมสมัยและท้าทาย เขาถือว่าการร่วมมือกันถือเป็นของขวัญที่มีค่าและถือเป็นการให้การยอมรับกับแบรนด์เสื้อผ้าลำลองสำเร็จรูปที่มีชื่อเสียงของเราอีกด้วย

                คาล์ลได้ร่วมกันออกแบบร่วมกับแบรนด์เสื้อผ้าสวีเดน H&M และ H&M ก็ได้จำหน่าย Limited Edition ที่วางขายตามร้าน H&M ทั้งแบบชายและหญิง 2 วันหลังจากวางขายเสื้อผ้าถูกขายไปหมด

คาล์ลคิดว่าการที่เขาร่วมงานกับแบรนด์ระดับล่างจะทำให้เกิดรอยด่างพร้อยกับตัวเขาได้ เหมือนที่เขาเคยร่วมงานกับนักออกแบบถุงเท้านาม Wolford

คาล์ลเป็นช่างภาพ เขาสร้าง Visionaire 23 : The Emperor's New Clothes รูปนู้ดของนางแบบและเซเลบีตี้ชื่อดังอีกมากมาย เขาเคยถ่ายภาพ Mariah Carey ให้กับปกนิตยาสาร V ปี 2005 และในฐานะบรรณาธิการของ Harper's Bazaar, Numéro และVogue รัสเซียและเยอรมัน ลาเกอเฟลจะถ่ายรูปแคมเปญโฆษณาคอลเลคชั่นของ Chanel และ Fendi ทุกซีซั่น

                คาล์คยังได้ผู้ช่วยเป็นดีไซเนอร์หน้าใหม่ไฟแรงนามว่า Philip Colbert แห่ง Rodnik และในวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2006 คาล์ลออกแบบคอลเลคชั่นสำหรับผู้ชายและผู้หญิงนาม K Karl Lagerfeld ประกอบไปด้วย T-shirts เข้ารูป และกางเกงยีนส์โปร่ง

                คาล์คยังเคยอยู่ใน วีดีโอเกมส์ Grand Theft Auto IV โดยทำหน้าที่เป็น Dj ให้กับ K109 – The Studio

                ปี 2008 คาล์ลถูกทำเป็น Teddy Bears ผลิตโดย Steiff มี 2500 ตัว ขายตัวละ $1,500

ปี 2009 Tra Tutti ได้ผลิต Karl Lagermouse, Karl Lagerfelt และ Mini Lagerfelds ในรูปแบบของหนูและตุ๊กตานิ้ว

                วันที่ 10 กันยายน 2010 The Couture Council ได้มอบรางวัลบุคคลที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมเป็นเกียรติให้กับคาล์ลโดยงานจัดขึ้นที่ Avery Fisher Hall, New York

                10 พฤจิกายน 2010 คาล์ลและ Orrefors ผู้ผลิตแก้วของสวีเดนได้ร่วมกันออกแบบ  คลิสตัลภายใต้ชื่อ Orrefors by Karl Lagerfeld เปิดตัว Spring 2011

ความขัดแย้ง

                ปี 1993 เรื่องเกิดขึ้นโดยที่ Anna Wintour แห่ง Vogue อเมริกา ได้เดินออกจากแฟชั่นโชว์ Milan Fashion Week เมืองคาล์ลได้เชิญนางแบบหนังโป๊ Moana Pozzi มาเป็นนางแบบให้กับคอลเลคชั่น Black and White ของ Fendi

                ปี 1994 Chanel couture collection ได้เกิดปัญหาขึ้น เมื่อรัฐบาลของอินโดนีเซียมีหนังสือประท้วงไปยังรัฐบาลเยอรมันบ้านเกิดของคาล์ล และคาล์ลก็ได้ทำหนังสือขอโทษกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งคาล์ลได้อธิบายไปว่าเขาได้นำมาจากหนังสือ Taj Mahal ซึ่งเป็นกลอนแนวรักใคร่

                คาล์ลนั้นปกป้องอุตสาหกรรมขนสัตว์ แต่เขานั้นไม่ชอบใส่ขนสัตว์และไม่ค่อยได้กินเนื้อสัตว์ ในการสัมภาษณ์ให้กับ BBC นั้นคาล์ลกล่าวว่า นายพรานนั้นไม่ได้ทำให้สิ่งมีชีวิตเรียนรู้อะไรนอกจากการล่า สัตว์พวกนั้นก็อาจฆ่าเราได้ถ้ามีโอกาส เราดำรงอยู่ในโลกที่ กินเนื้อสัตว์และใช้ของจากสัตว์ การวิจารณ์เรื่องขนสัตว์เป็นความคิดของเด็ก พีต้าตอบโต้โดยกล่าวว่าการใช้ขนสัตว์ของเขาล้าสมัยไปเสียแล้ว แล้วอย่าโกหกเรื่องว่าใครเป็นคนฆ่าหรือใครถูกฆ่าและครั้งสุดท้ายที่มนุษย์นั้นถูกกระต่ายและมิ้งฆ่าเกิดขึ้นเมื่อไหร่กัน

                ปี 2010 Peta อ้างถึงคาล์ล ที่ใช้ขนสัตว์เทียมในคอลเลคชั่น 2010 ในเว็ปไซต์ว่ามันเป็นยุดรุ่งเรืองของขนเทียม เพราะว่ามันดูเหมือนขนจริงจนแยกไม่ออก

                คาล์ลร่วมกันวิจารณ์นางแบบ Heidi Klum หลังจากที่ Wolfgang Joop ดีไซเนอร์ชาวเยอร์มันได้ออกมาวิจารณ์ก่อนหน้านี้ว่า ภาพที่ลงหน้าปกนิตยาสาร Go เธอไม่ใช่นางแบบ เธอดูหนาและก้นเธอก็ใหญ่จนเกินไป

คาล์ลกล่าวว่าไม่เขาก็ Claudia Schiffer รู้ว่าเธอคงจะไม่ได้ทำงานที่ปารีส และมันก็ไม่สำคัญอะไรนักในวงการแฟชั่นของโลก เธอดูเป็นประกายและมีเสน่ห์เกินกว่าวงการแฟชั่นในปัจจุบัน

Karl Lagerfeld or Karl Otto Lagerfeldt born on 10 October 1933 in Hamburg, Germany. He is a fashion designer, artist and photographer. He began his career at Paris France. He likes to combine fashion with art at a variety of his interests. The outstanding job is the head designer and creative director of the famous boutique style called Chanel and the own Italians boutique brand called Fendi.            

Childhood.

Karl Lagerfeld born in 1938, with Elisabeth and a Swedish father, Otto Lagerfeldt.

He insisted that no one knows his real birthday. Confirmed in a French television interview in February 2009.

He said he would be born around 1933-1938.His sister, Martha Christiane was born in 1931. Karl also have a sister in the name of his first father wife, Thea.It was his first name is Lagerfeldt  cut the “t” out to be a reason that more commercial name.

                Karl was born in a wealthy business family in Hamburg. In the condensed milk production in Germany. His mother is a berlin  of the claims of Alicia Drake. His mother, Elisabeth Bahlmann is a lingerie sale person.They were married in Berlin in 1930.

                After a private school. Karl in finishing school at the Lycée Montaigne in Paris.

Majoring in painting and history.

Career with Balmain and Patou.              

            In 1955, at age 22, he won two years work experience with Pierre Balmain. Just behind Yves Saint-Laurent. In the coat design contest. Sponsored by the fur company. He told reporters after that. He won the new jacket. I like to design coats in least favorite.But what I like most is the black dress. While Yves Saint Laurent winning design contest and working with Dior.

Young people was known to prefer to work with dress Balenciaga of spain. They think they are God. But he did not think he said it in 1976.

In 1958, after three years with balmain, he moved to Jean Patou, where he spent designing haute couture than a year of five year length of the collection he presented within 2 hours in the month of July 1958 and used his name Roland Karl before Karl Lagerfeld. The early collection of his work was poor Carrie Donovan wrote that "the press booed the collection". UPI said that the designer Roland Karl age of 25 years of famous brand present the collection that the shape it firmly don’t see the sack that’s show in the last year before. The journalist reported that a short black cocktail dresses that The wide front cut out some of the young journalist with a yawn. Other cocktail and evening dresses feature low, low-cut backs. Freelance career (1962–1982)      

            After his turn as an freelance designer and work for the brand, Mario Valentino, Repetto and  Monoprix supermarket and finance in family business. He has a small store in Paris. At that time he has been a consultant to Madame Zereakian who was the Albanian fortuneteller of Christian Dior, she said that Karl will be a successful clothing and fragrance.

            1963 he joined the Roman high-style rooms Tiziani. Founded by Evan Richards, the founder of Jacksboro, Texas that sell haute couture at first and eventually transformed into garments in the name of "Tiziani-Roma - Made in England." Karl and Richard. Began sketching with the first collection in 1963 that was achieved with a set of 90 garments.
